Who is responsible
Spectre Bowling (“Spectre”) is responsible for the personal information you provide on this site.
What we collect
Only what you give us when you buy, book, open an account or write to us:
• Your name and contact details (email and phone).
• Your delivery address, if you ask for shipping.
• Your ID number, when the law requires it for invoicing.
• What you buy or book, and the messages you send us (including to the booking assistant).
Card payments are processed directly by the payment provider: this site never sees or stores your card number.
What we use it for
• To handle your order or booking and keep you informed of its status.
• To issue your invoice and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
• To answer your questions.
• To send you news and offers, only if you agreed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us provide the service and process it on our behalf: the provider of the site and store platform, hosting and the delivery network (Cloudflare), the payment provider you choose at checkout (for example, Stripe) and, if you ask for shipping, the carrier. We also disclose it to an authority when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for the periods the law requires (for example, for keeping invoices). After that it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, object to a use of it or withdraw a consent you gave. Contact us using the details published on this site; we will answer within the time limits set by law.
This processing is governed by Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Cookies and storage in your browser
This site only uses cookies and local storage that are essential for it to work. It uses no analytics or advertising cookies, which is why it does not ask for your consent.
• Account session: if you sign in, your browser remembers it (local storage) until you sign out.
• Cart: what you add is kept in the tab while you shop (session storage).
• Language: the language you choose for the store.
• Payments: when you pay, the payment provider (for example, Stripe) may set its own cookies to prevent fraud.
• Cloudflare: protects the site from attacks and bots, and may set technical cookies (for example, __cf_bm).
Fonts and images are served from this site itself. Embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos use their no-tracking versions.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this same page.
