Each plugin is billed on top of the base membership and needs an active Spectre Cloud account. Turn one on or off in Settings whenever you like.
Bowler Plus

An image gallery on bowler profiles, full addresses, a spoken language field, the client consent signature required in some countries, specs emailed to your client, PAP history and a media gallery.
Arsenal Plus
$5per month
The full bowlingdatabase.com catalogue, stock ball images, 3D layout rendering, layout type conversion such as 2LS to Dual Angle, hole depth tracking and suggested layouts.
Job Board
$15per month
A task list for the workshop. Tag services to a ball with due dates, keep service history on every piece, and keep shop staff coordinated.

Pricing questions we get a lot
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no contract. You pay month to month, or yearly if you prefer, and you can cancel anytime.
How does the free month work?
Enter referral code SPECTRETRIAL when you sign up for any yearly subscription and your first month is free.
Can I add or drop a plugin later?
Yes. Plugins are managed in Settings inside the app. Turn Bowler Plus, Arsenal Plus or Job Board on when you need them and off when you do not. Each one requires an active base membership.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your records stay on Spectre Cloud servers. An inactive account keeps read only access to its data, so you can still look things up. Start paying again and you pick up where you left off.
Can I move my records over from another system?
Yes. If you used the old Spectre app, your PRO credentials work directly. We also import from Ebonite ProShop Coordinator and from homemade databases and spreadsheets. Ask us before you sign up and we will look at your file.
Does every member of staff need their own subscription?
No. One membership covers the shop. You can log in on as many devices as you need on the same account, so the counter, the workshop and the tablet in your hand all see the same records.
